Ring forming machine
This is a molding machine for irregular shape rings. It is suitable for molding retaining rings, wave rings, piston rings, and more. It can mold circular and elliptical rings.
We have several models available according to wire size and ring size (shape). In ring forming, we can establish a system for producing welded rings by combining with a welding machine. Additionally, we can also form wave springs. Unlike regular round wire springs, wave springs are formed using flat wire with a wave shape. The characteristic of wave springs is that they are more compact compared to round wire springs while having the same load-bearing capacity. Units incorporating these springs can also be designed to be compact.
